White cooperage Gmür

Would you like to know how a milking bucket is made from wood? Visit one of the oldest white cooperages in Switzerland. The traditional wooden milking buckets, butter churns and churns are still made here from selected wood using the same meticulous craftsmanship. Even some tools that are over 100 years old are still in use. Dieter Gmür carries on his grandfather's craft and is happy to give you an insight into his workshop and his work.
