Roger Kalberer is one of the best chefs in Heidiland with a national reputation. In Mels, he runs the Schlüssel restaurant, which has been awarded 17 GaultMillau points and a Michelin star. He talks about his - sometimes tough - apprenticeship years and what motivated him most at the beginning. The young top chef cooks in the "Schlüssel" restaurant in Mels and has worked under Andreas Caminada, among others. In his private life, however, he likes things simple and says: "Ghackets and Hörnli is something I like to eat".
